EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT In our stores, NM sales associates receive over 200 hours of training in their first year and over 150 hours in subsequent years.

In our stores, associates who directly serve our customers experience our “Art of Selling” program, designed especially to assist them in providing outstanding service to our discerning customers. Business Leadership Through a variety of classroom sessions, web conferences, and online and library resources, associates have access to a curriculum that includes communication, strategic planning, conflict resolution, developing high performance teams, and creative thinking.
