Neiman Marcus Orientation

Introduces new associates to our company, culture and history, as well as our customers. Also reviewed are our policies and procedures, and expectations and commitment to diversity and respect. In our stores, associates who directly serve our customers experience our “Art of Selling” program, designed especially to assist them in providing outstanding service to our discerning customers.

Business Leadership

Through a variety of classroom sessions, web conferences, and online and library resources, associates have access to a curriculum that includes communication, strategic planning, conflict resolution, developing high performance teams, and creative thinking. Executive Development

Neiman Marcus' Executive Development Program for college graduates and identified internal candidates, is an industry-recognized leader in educating the next generation of retail executives.
