Opportunities at Last Call Clearance Centers are available in the following divisions:
Merchandising
The Neiman Marcus Clearance Division's merchandising team consists of Assistant Buyers, Buyers, Planners and other support positions. This group manages the selection of high quality merchandise as well as distribution to the Neiman Marcus Last Call stores.
Sales
Neiman Marcus Last Call Sales Associates provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, floor merchandising, new merchandise arrival and sales event participation. Sales Associates are provided with goals and resources to establish and grow their Neiman Marcus Last Call business.
Sales Management
The Neiman Marcus Last Call Store Manager and Department Managers are responsible for coaching and developing their sales team, merchandising, tracking sales, planning new arrival and sales events as well as communicating and monitoring sales associate, department and store goals. Successful sales leadership leads to employee and customer satisfaction.
Support Management
The Operations/Loss Prevention Manager and the Human Resources/Customer Service Manager comprise the Neiman Marcus Last Call support management team. Both dual role positions report to the Store Manager and have staff that cohesively supports the store's sales efforts.
