Advertising
A division of our Marketing, Advertising and Pre Production (MAPP) organization, Advertising directs and manages the creative process, production and distribution of all customer publications, including our award winning “mag-a-log”, the book; as well as our national and local advertising campaigns. Our advertising department is run like an agency, handling all graphic design and copywriting aspects of our brands. Account management, art design, editing, production, and project management are just a few of the many career opportunities in Advertising.

Alterations
Neiman Marcus Alterations oversees the production, quality standards, and quota management of the garments processed for alterations within Neiman Marcus stores. There are alterations opportunities at the store level as well as regional and corporate positions.

Credit Services
The team handles all aspects of our credit operations and administration including authorizations, adjustment and collections with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.

Customer Programs
A division of our Marketing, Advertising and Pre Production (MAPP) organization, the focus of our Customer Program, InCircle, is to provide a distinct customer experience.  This group manages the partnership marketing efforts with Neiman Marcus vendors and store sales promotion efforts. The Customer Programs group is based in Dallas and has opportunities in marketing, promotions and customer service.

Financial Planning / Accounting / Accounts Payable
As support to all divisions of our company, we have a variety of opportunities for the Finance and Accounting professional in disciplines ranging from accounting, tax, financial planning, internal audit and treasury.

Food Services
Neiman Marcus Food Services oversees our in-store restaurant operations. Our menus are acclaimed for quality food that is at the vanguard of culinary styles and trends. Production is monitored and measured through: impeccable customer service standards, health and safety standards, staff development, and food inventory. Employment opportunities are available in Neiman Marcus restaurants as well as in our corporate Food Services.

Human Resources
The Human Resources team is responsible for managing the Neiman Marcus employment process through recruitment, education, retention and career development for all divisions of NMG. Career opportunities in Human Resources include Associate Relations, Compensation, Learning and Development as well as Recruitment.

Information Technology
Technology is critical to the growth and development of our business and helps to ensure that we remain a leader in our industry. The Information Services division collaborates with teams throughout our organization to ensure each associate has access to the right technology to enhance the customer experience.

Loss Prevention
Loss Prevention manages and coordinates employee activities to protect our assets and prevent loss through theft for all divisions of NMG. Loss Prevention also develops and implements measures to effectively minimize loss to the organization. Investigator, Assistant Manager and Manager positions are available in NM stores as well as Loss Prevention opportunities in our support and Clearance facilities.

Marketing
A division of our Marketing, Advertising and Pre Production (MAPP) organization, Marketing includes everything from analysis and research to program development and education, Marketing identifies opportunities for growing our sales and customer base. Their goal is to identify business opportunities, recommend solutions and evaluate program performance. Based in Dallas, Marketing has positions in the areas of research, analysis, brand management and program development.

Merchandising
The Neiman Marcus merchandising team consists of Assistant Buyers, Buyers, Planners and other support positions. This group manages the selection of high quality merchandise as well as distribution to the Neiman Marcus stores. The Executive Development Program is the first step for those interested in a career in Neiman Marcus merchandising.

Operations
Operations provides logistical and administrative support to our stores and facilities in fields as diverse as transportation, point-of-sale systems, supply, distribution and facility management and maintenance.

Property and New Store Development
With responsibility for the design and construction of new stores and facilities as well as the renovation and remodeling of existing stores, the team requires associates with expertise in the fields of architecture, construction, space planning and interior design as well as sourcing and purchasing.

Public Relations
A division of our Marketing, Advertising and Pre Production (MAPP) organization, Public Relations' role is to increase customer traffic and sales by planning and producing merchandise driven events and promotions. They are the liaison between the public, the media and Neiman Marcus. While each Neiman Marcus store has an onsite Public Relations team, there is a central Public Relations office that oversees media, fashion presentation, and special events.

Visual Planning
Visual presentation at Neiman Marcus Stores creates the customer experience. The team implements and coordinates merchandise presentation through optimum use of unique display, signing methods and materials. There are visual opportunities at the store level as well as at our central offices. Neiman Marcus also has a Visual Assistant Manager training program that develops a visual merchandiser for a Visual Manager role.
