Our Executive Development Program is the envy of other retailers and teaches you everything you‘ll need to succeed. It’s a comprehensive program that trains and orients you to any and all aspects of our brand of luxury retailing, you'll be introduced to our home base, the city of Dallas.

During an intensive twelve-week course, we integrate Store Management, Buying and Merchandise Planning to give you a better understanding of roles and responsibilities. Whether you come on the job as an assistant buyer or assistant merchandise planner, we’ll train you, hone your skills, and give you the tools you need to get ahead and stay ahead. No matter what the situation or the task, no matter what challenges you are faced with – you will be prepared. As your training advances, so do you. And as you advance, so does your career. At NMG, there is no limit to how far you can go and what you can do.

After you complete the Executive Development Program, you will either begin work as an assistant buyer or assistant merchandise planner. While these are considered the two starting points for our associates, keep in mind, that from there you can progress to senior levels of buying, merchandising or store management. Your success depends on you.
